1. Production Time
Since most of our products are made to order, the standard production time is 10-15 business days after receiving your order. This allows our artisans to handcraft each product with care and attention to detail.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Shipping Charges: Free for all orders within India.
- Shipping Time: Orders are dispatched using a reputed shipping partner after production. You will receive a tracking number once shipped.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
3. International Shipping
- Shipping Charges: Costs for international orders are borne by the customer, calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
- Shipping Time: International orders are dispatched after production via a trusted international courier, with a tracking number provided.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 7-21 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Krishi Mall is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes. Please check with your local customs office before placing an international order.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped (domestic or international), you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
6. Packaging & Safety
All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives with external damage, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will assist with a replacement as per our Replacement Policy.
7. Delivery Issues
In cases where a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, Krishi Mall will not be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
